came to savannah on vacation and faced an electrical shortage that was blowing an ignition fuse in my '13 Civic and fried my starter motor. Charles was well above competent to fix a complicated electrical problem, sensitive to my circumstances (needing to get home before I had to show up to work in Atlanta), and his price was very fair. I would recommend anyone to him for technical savvy, care, and integrity.

Vehicle was brought it for suspension issues. $1300 and 2 1/2 weeks later job is not completed. Still waiting on completed job, oil change(which I was charged twice on the last visit and an oil pressure switch. Calls have not been returned. I guess at this point I’m paying another shop to complete the job.

My car made a horrible noise for weeks. Another shop "fixed" the problem, charged $1500, and within weeks the noise returned. I took the car to Lair's, who diagnosed the car needed a new power steering pump. He took me to the car, showed why it needed replacing and described the steps he would take to do the job properly. Car was ready within 24 hours, cost was less than I anticipated, drives better than it has in months, and the noise is GONE!!

They took care of my car's battery issue quickly and efficiently. My job uses this place with the fleet and we have never had a single issue with Lairs. They are amazing, smart, and efficient in every way. I highly recommend!

I brought my car in because my aftermarket radio was draining the battery. I asked if the wiring could be fixed or diagnosed. When I came to pick the car up, I waited about an hour and a half before they brought my car around. I noticed the radio wasn’t turning on, and I assumed they were unable to fix the wiring issue. About two months later, I had to open the hood for an unrelated reason and discovered that they had simply unplugged the radio fuse. I was charged $200 for this, without being told that this was the only work performed.
